Hello! Welcome to Pearl's FFXIV icon commissions page - your one-stop-shop for ordering DWRP icons to facilitate the mashing together of blorbos.

Here are some samples so you can see if my style works for you!

BASIC INFORMATION

♥ I will take the screenshots and make the icons from them for your character as this allows me total control over lighting, colour balance, contrast, etc.

♥ For WoLs and OC I'll need to meet you on your server to save your character files. This only takes a minute!

♥ For NPCs, just let me know who you'd like and the costume you'd like them in. This costume can be mix and matched from all available gear; the same applies to OCs and WoLs. See the commission forms for further details!

♥ At the moment I do not offer icons made from in-game cutscenes. This is because I have far less control over the lighting, colour balance, contrast, etc., however it's something I may look to tackle in future!

♥ I will read each form, add up the set price number of addons, and confirm a final price before I get started on the commission. This is to make sure everyone is on the same page!

PRICING

✦ BASIC ✦

I have three base price options in terms of icon sets. These include 1 location and 1 full outfit of your choice:

♥ SET A: 15 icons for £12
♥ SET B: 30 icons for £18
♥ SET C: 50 icons for £28

If an order total comes to more than 50 icons it will count as filling two commission slots, so for example an order of SET A fills one slot, an order of SET A SET B fills one slot, an order of SET A SET C fills two slots.

The maximum number of slots an individual is allowed to fill per month is two. Please see my SPECIALIST section below if you would like to order more than 100 icons.

✦ ADD-ONS ✦

Additionally, all this can be customised with add-ons!

♥ Add location: £4 per location
♥ Add outfit: £3 per outfit
♥ Add mod: £3 per mod

Please be aware that some hair mods (largely fine and feathery styles) react poorly to the application of the filters / lighting and colour changes I use to achieve my style. If this happens it will be evident in the sample set, and I will be happy to raise it and discuss a way forward with you!

✦ SPECIALIST: 150 ICONS ✦

I am willing to take on commissions for full icons sets, i.e. 150 icons of your character! The base price for this is £85 as I will need to close commission slots for a month to complete it, and it will need further discussion via Discord / email so that we can discuss add-ons, locations, costumes, etc. I will also require a 50% deposit of the final price upfront! Please use the appropriate commission form below if this is something you are interested in; I will be in touch so that we can discuss how to schedule it in.

To keep things manageable for myself I have capped the number of addons I will include for 150 icons:

Max number of environment addons: 5 (6 environments total)
Max number of outfit addons: 5 (6 outfits total)
Max number of mod addons: 5

TERMS OF SERVICE

♥ I reserve the right to decline a commission without giving reason

♥ I will provide a sample of 6 icons within a week of your commission to show you my stylistic choices — this will be your opportunity to communicate any changes you would like to see in terms of lighting, colouring, etc.

♥ Icons will be completed within the month of commission - I won't give an exact date because sometimes it takes me longer than others!

♥ Payment will be made via PayPal invoice following your approval of the final sample set, and icons will be sent via .zip file following receipt of payment

GLAM/GEAR: If you can show up with your character already wearing your preferred glam, fantastic! If you're yet to get the drops of your dream pieces then don't worry, just let me know what you'd like them in and I can slap it onto them. 
VIBE CHECK: Frowny? Bubbly? Sneaky? Angelic? Let me know what your character is like so I can try and capture them through the medium of /emote!
ENVIRONMENT: Do you have a location pref? Let me know, otherwise I'll choose somewhere that I think will compliment your character. Be aware that indoor locations are a chronic pain, so if you do suggest one please also provide an outdoor location if I can't make the lighting work.
